What to include in your message

To help us help you faster, include as much of this as you can:

  • The email address linked to your StreamPicks account.
  • Your StreamPicks username (if you know it).
  • The device + OS version you're on (e.g. iPhone 15, iOS 18.2).
  • A short description of what happened, and what you expected.
  • Screenshots or screen recordings if the issue is visual.
  • For purchases: the date of the transaction and the last 4 digits of the App Store / Play Store order ID.

If you're asking about a specific pack pull or Arena match, include the timestamp — it makes the support log much faster to find.
