StreamPicks is an independent game. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube, Twitch, any other platform, or any creator. If you are the creator depicted (or you represent them) and you do not want to be in the game, we will honor that — use this form and we will remove the creator.

Who should use this form

This form is for a formal removal request from someone with authority over the creator's name, image, and likeness (NIL):

the creator themselves;
a manager, agent, agency, or attorney authorized to act for them;
a parent or legal guardian, where the creator is a minor;
a brand or rights owner whose trademark or content is involved.

We ask for your identity, your authority, and a signed, good-faith attestation so that random users can't request removals of creators they don't represent. We review every request and may follow up by email to verify before we act.

We review every request and may email you to verify identity or authority.
Verified removals take the creator out of new packs, the market, and gameplay surfaces, and we stop generating that creator's card art. Some references may persist briefly in cached or already-distributed content while changes propagate.
