Data Deletion & Account Removal

StreamPicks respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how users can request deletion of their account and associated information.
1. Requesting Account Deletion
Users may request deletion of their StreamPicks account at any time.
To request deletion, please email:
Include the following information in your request:
- the email address associated with your account
- your StreamPicks username (if available)
- a statement requesting account deletion
Once your request is verified, we will begin the deletion process.
2. What Data Will Be Deleted
When your account is deleted, we will remove:
- your user account information
- username and profile data
- league participation associated with your account
- account authentication credentials
- stored preferences and settings
After deletion, you will no longer be able to access your account.
3. Data That May Be Retained
Some limited data may be retained for legitimate operational or legal reasons, including:
- security logs
- fraud prevention records
- aggregated gameplay statistics that do not identify individual users
Any retained information will not be used to identify you personally.
4. Processing Time
Account deletion requests are typically processed within 7–14 days.
During this time we may contact you to verify your identity before deleting your account.
5. Re-Registering
After your account is deleted, you may create a new account using the same email address if you choose.
However, previous league history and gameplay data will not be recoverable.
